Okay guys, welcome back. So today we're gonna work on the legs. Yeah, I'm wearing
socks. I know you guys hate that but it's raining outside today and I'm also gonna
put a strap on my waist so I don't want the material on my skin. So I'm going to put those
on. And make sure you do a warm up too. I've been wearing these when I go walking so it's
been really really good. I'm working on strengthening my legs. Okay so we're done with warm up.
And we're going to lay back. Put the feet up. And we're just gonna start with those little circles.
And keep everything squeezed. You don't want to cause injuries.
Alright, back to the other side.
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Okay, now we're going to go forward and backwards. So just keeping
your legs engaged. You're working stretching the hamstrings. Also working the front of
the thighs. And as you get stronger, we're gonna go all the way down and come all the
way back up. Nice and slow. This also works your core. Okay, I'm gonna move up just a
little bit. There. This also works your core.
Alright. Couple more. I don't count, I just kind of do until I feel it in my lower abdominals.
And they're getting stronger. So that's nice. Okay, now we're gonna lower them both down.
And we're gonna push up. Working the backs and the legs.
