So I am getting ready and our first exercise is butterfly

This is warming up when we first exercise when we just warm up our body

This is warming up. Our target actually in future to put our knees on the floor

but now we just try and try and try. We just tell our muscles that we have to do that

I am sitting on the floor

So our next warming up exercise

Today I did it right way. Right leg first

You just relax because if we don't relax it is more difficult and reduce trauma

So now we change leg from right to left

Same exercise

And try to keep back straight

Ready

Only 25 seconds

I need to reach my ankle

And half of time

It's almost done

Stand on your knees and hands

Great. This is frog position. Next one. And we did it already many many times
