Okay. Good morning everybody. So today we're going to use the foam roller.
One, two, stretch out the arms. Deep breath in and slow to come back.
So today I'm concentrating on my right shoulder. It's still not right from when we moved and it popped out on me.
So I'm going to start working on fine-tuning it in there.
Drop the head down. Deep breath in and out. Keep your abdominals tight.
Just slowly roll that foam roller.
And then slowly come back.
Alright, now this one is good too if you've got sore arms or wrists.
And slowly come back down.
And slowly come back up.
Okay. Now we're going to come to sitting.
And we're just going to... You can use the roller if you like to roll out.
And you're also going to feel that in your hip joint as well as the side.
You can also just move the roller.
And drop down. Just stretching out the sides.
You can use a yoga block or a towel. Or you can drop down to your shoulder.
Keep pushing the hip down.
And open that shoulder up so that you're stretching the chest.
Relax the head.
And roll the head back and forth.
And roll the head forward.
And...
Nice deep breath in. Keep your core engaged. Glutes tight. Legs engaged.
You're going to really feel it stretching in that back psoas muscle.
